easy strolls to beautiful parks and popular landmarks nearby
my stay was highlighted by the fantastic location that allowed me to easily reach landmarks like the Parish Church of St Helier in under 10 minutes and enjoy leisurely walks down to St Aubin's Harbour, all while being surrounded by a variety of delightful dining options like Little Italy just a stone's throw away.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, and a good breakfast selection, with a clean and spacious room plus free Wi-Fi making my stay enjoyable, while being just a short walk from the vibrant local restaurants enhanced my experience.
Everything was as expected.

Great central location, just a five-minute stroll to the waterfront for tickets to Elizabeth Castle. Facilities include a gym visited nearly every night, along with close proximity to several playgrounds and dining options.
The room's bathtub felt like a throwback to the past with a small, outdated TV that had limited channels. The bathroom, although clean, had a weak shower and some scum build-up, making showering a slippery experience. The thin walls meant sounds from neighbors were all too audible, which could be annoying for light sleepers. WiFi strength in the room was lacking, though it improved on the ground floor.

The twin room was spacious and clean, with fantastic housekeeping ensuring it was well maintained daily. Breakfast offered a great variety, including world-famous seasoned fries, and staff were particularly friendly, making an effort to engage with my child. Not being able to clarify this during check-in was disappointing, diminishing an otherwise enjoyable stay.

I stayed for three nights with my son in a twin room. The housekeeping did well each day, and my son enjoyed the resident cockatoo. Breakfast had plenty of options and the staff in the dining room were helpful. The hotel is located a short walk to the town center and nearby ferry services. Unfortunately, there was confusion with my dinner package regarding additional charges for my child.

I recently enjoyed my time relaxing by the outdoor pool, which was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. The breakfast spread was impressive, with fresh pastries and a hot meal option that hit the spot every morning. Just a heads up, the bathtub can be a bit slippery, so be careful—definitely grab a bath mat! 🛁

the location of the hotel is amazing, just a quick walk to the beach and all the shops. the staff were really friendly and helpful. breakfast was bomb, they had everything from cereal to a full english. my room was clean and it was a comfy space to chill. it was nice to have a kettle for tea in the room too.
but the walls were super thin so i could hear everything from my neighbors, which was annoying. also, the shower was kinda weak and dripped a lot, not great.
